Need help with your account, partner connection, or shared tasks? Send a support request and include the email address you use in the app.
Common Questions
- Use Register to create an account with email and password.
- Use the Partner tab to connect with your partner by username.
- Use Dashboard to add and manage your own relationship tasks.
- Use Profile to review your account details or log out.
Account Deletion
To request account or data deletion, email support from the address connected to your GentleUs account. Include "GentleUs account deletion" in the subject.
